Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using Havek Hub software, scripts, or loaders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. License Grant & Usage

Havek Hub grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the script for personal entertainment purposes. You agree not to:

• Resell, distribute, share, or lease your license key to other individuals.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or decrypt the loader or script source code.
• Use the script in a way that violates Roblox's platform rules or causes harm to other users' experience.

3. Hardware ID (HWID) Binding

Each license key is automatically bound to the first hardware ID (HWID) that executes it. This lock prevents sharing. If you change your computer or require an HWID reset, you must request it through our official Discord support channel. Resets are granted at our sole discretion to prevent key abuse.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (license keys and software), **all sales are final**. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits under any circumstances after a license key has been delivered. By completing your purchase on Sellapp, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our scripts are provided "as is". Roblox frequently updates its platform, which can patch or disable scripts. Havek Hub does not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% immune to detection. We are not responsible for any actions taken against your Roblox account (bans, warnings, or suspensions) resulting from script usage.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your license key and block your access to Havek Hub instantly, without refund or prior notice, if you are found violating any of these terms, leaking keys, or attempting to attack/abuse our verification infrastructure.
